We want to deliver to the community a statement of what is Clutha. 

A contemporary facility that catches attention and inspires, a facility that celebrates the local district, our unique history, our diversity and defines our fantastic region. 

This compelling new facility will also honour its foundations as a War Memorial Hall and pay homage to those involved in its original creation
